Help Provide Surgical Masks to Protect Healthcare Practitioners!
In the spirit of collaboration, Georgia dentists and their healthcare colleagues from across the country are utilizing resources shared by The Georgia Dental Association’s (“GDA”) COVID-19 Innovation Task Force to design homemade face masks using parts generated from 3-D printers.
In true GDA fashion, our dentists are building and donating these masks with only one goal in mind - to help protect our healthcare providers. Without any expectation of financial gain, they’ve worked to develop designs (some of which have been fit-tested by universities), purchased the source materials out of their own pockets and worked day and night to produce and donate these masks to local providers.
The GDA Foundation wants to help assist our member's efforts and support their innovative spirit. Let's put our money where our masks are and raise $100,000, so we can provide thousands more surgical masks to healthcare practitioners in Georgia.
