Ray Berk is the Regional Sales Manager for Bank of America Practice Solutions in Georgia and Alabama. Practice Solutions is the Healthcare finance division within Small Business Banking. The Primary focus of Practice Solutions is the financing for Dentist, Veterinarians and Physicians in private practice. He is currently responsible for Dental financing in both states.

Ray started with Bank of America in 2007 as a relationship manager in Sarasota, Florida. He moved to Small business in 2014 and covered Florida Gulf Coast and North Florida for Practice Solutions. In June of 2019 he moved to Atlanta, Georgia as a Regional Sales Manager.

Matt Adrian has been living in Atlanta, Georgia for the last thirteen years and is the Regional Business Development officer for Practice, Sales and Acquisitions. He currently covers Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas. He has primarily focused on practice acquisitions for the last fifteen years at Bank of America and is responsible for over 900 transactions and $700 million in loans.

Matt has worked at Practice Solutions since 2001, initially working as a Vendor Account Manager and Regional Manager for eleven states in the Northeast. In 2005, he moved to Georgia in order to manage outside sales for the Southeast region.
