April 2020 Health Insurance Premium Update

Your GDIS team is working diligently to stay on top of insurance issues related to COVID-19, and collaborating with our partners to provide you with resources to help you during this challenging time. Please make note of the following updates to your health insurance plan:
- April invoices are due on April 10. However, you have the option to defer that payment until May 25, 2020.
- If you currently pay your premium via a recurring credit card payment, that will process as usual on April 5 unless you wish to defer it.
- Beginning in May, GDIS is going paperless. All statements will be sent electronically unless you notify us below that you wish to continue to receive mailed statements.
