1. Create Your Google Site Portfolio
Your Google Site is your personal professional portfolio — a place to highlight your experiences, interests, goals, and the type of dentist you aspire to become.
Use your portfolio to share:
- Your professional bio
- Clinical interests
- Leadership experiences
- Community involvement
- Research or special projects
- Career goals
- Contact information
2. Activate your FREE GDA Student Account
As a GDA student member, you gain access to resources, relationships, and opportunities that help you transition from dental school into practice.
Your student membership includes:
- Free continuing education opportunities
- Networking with practicing dentists
- Local district connections
- Career development resources
- Access to GDA’s professional community
3. Complete Your Career Launch Profile
Once your Google Site is complete, you can drop your Career Launch URL, your preferred specialty, and your preferred district(s) into your GDA student member profile so dentists can learn more about you.
Your profile helps employers understand:
- Your anticipated graduation year
- Where you hope to practice
- Your career interests
- Your practice goals
- Your professional portfolio link
