How to log in:
Enter the same email address you previously used to access your GDA account and follow the prompts.
You’ll be asked to create a new password.
Once logged in, click My Profile in the top right corner to update your information, renew your membership, and explore all your member resources.

This interactive lecture and hands-on course will be restricted to 24 participants supported by one instructor and three clinical assistants. The final two hours will be practical hands-on application of concepts learned during the course. This course is one of only three currently approved by the Georgia Board of Dentistry.
The purpose of this course is to educate licensed dentists, licensed dental hygienists, and dental assistants practicing in Georgia so that they may be qualified to perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures on patients pursuant to the requirements established byO.C.G.A. § 43-11-23, and Georgia Board of Dentistry Rule 150-9-.01.
IMPORTANT: All attendees, including non-dentists, must create an account with the GDA prior to registering. You can do so by going to gadental.org, in the top right corner there is a Login/Create account option. Follow the links to create an account, you do not have to be a dentist to have an account. Do this BEFORE registering.
