Upcoming GMOM Events

GMOM clinics provide donated dental care to eligible adults in Georgia with support from volunteer dental professionals and community partners. 

The next Georgia Mission of Mercy will be held September 26–27, 2026, at Columbus Technical College in Columbus, Georgia. 

Clinic doors open at 8:00 a.m. each day. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, and no appointments are required.

To help ensure a safe and orderly experience, patients may not line up before 7:00 a.m. each clinic day. Individuals arriving before 7:00 a.m. will be asked to return when the line officially opens.

Volunteer dental professionals will provide examinations and treatment based on each patient's needs and the services available. Services may include cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Crowns and dentures will not be provided. While every effort is made to treat as many patients as possible, services are available only until clinic capacity is reached.

Who We Serve 

GMOM helps adults who are uninsured, underinsured, or unable to afford dental care. Many patients have delayed treatment for years due to cost or lack of access. Care is provided at no cost and prioritized based on clinical need. 

Services Provided 

At each GMOM event, volunteers may offer: 

• Dental exams and consultations 

• Cleanings and preventive care 

• Fillings and basic restorative treatment 

• Extractions and limited oral surgery 

• Urgent and pain-relief care 

Services vary by event depending on patient need, available volunteers, and resources.
